Inspection Program For your peace of mind, a representative from Deer Ridge Property Management conducts a formal inspection of your home using a detailed written report. This report is provided to the owner and includes any recommendations for necessary routine maintenance.

The condition of all properties is documented by photograph. If there is a problem, the owner will see it, “no surprises.”
Insurance TRACKING & Confirmation
It is very important to have a current insurance policy that covers you for the rental of your home. Insurance policy information is maintained in our automated system. A qualified insurance advisor is available to give advice to homeowners.

A homeowner or tenant can submit a service order request over the internet, or by calling our office during business hours.

A representative from Deer Ridge Property Management is always on call for property emergencies. The representative can be reached through our 24 hour maintenance hotline provided to tenants and owners.
Welcome Folder for all Guests
All Guests to Vacation homes will be provided with a welcome letter and information about the local area. Any information about the home and special instructions from the owner will be included in the welcome folder.
MAID SERVICE
Unlike most Vacation Rentals, we provide fresh linens, bedding, bath soaps, dishwashing and laundry detergent at check-in. We do this to further protect the owner’s investment by assuring that the home is properly maintained while allowing our guests to enjoy their vacation.
Occupancy and Sales Tax Management for Vacation Homes
We will take care of filing all sales and occupancy taxes for your vacation home.
Reservations for Vacation Rentals
We will manage all Vacation home inquiries and bookings. All of our guests can make a reservation by e-mail or phone.
GUEST CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
A copy of the housekeeping report is kept on file outlining the condition of the home prior to the guests’ arrival. The Check-Out procedure includes a housekeeping inspection of the home, with notes of any damages or necessary maintenance.
