At Deer Ridge, we offer two types of rentals in our property management program.  If you are unsure which section of properties meets your needs, please don’t hesitate to contact our office.  We would be happy to assist you with all of your rental needs.

Vacation Rental Homes:

These are homes which are fully furnished.  The rental rates reflect all utilities included.  They can be rented for as short of a term as three nights.  Please see our frequently asked questions and vacation rental policies for more information on what is included with the rental of the home.

Long Term Rental Homes:

These are homes which are unfurnished.  The rental rates reflect no utilities included.  They can be rented for as short of a term as 6 months and up to one year.
