Tenant Application:
A tenant application must be completed and returned to Deer Ridge Property Management with the Application Fee.
You can print out a copy of the Tenant Application from www.DeerRidgePM.com or you can pick up a copy at our office. You can also request a Tenant Application be mailed to you, just go to our Contact Form and let us know where to send it.
All adult tenants over 18 must fill out an application.

Applications will be reviewed on a first come first serve basis.
Deer Ridge PM can take up to 24 hours to respond to your application.

APPLICATION FEE IS $30.00 PER ADULT APPLICANT.

Credit Evaluation:
A Credit Evaluation is required for all rental homes. Credit must be in good standing in order to rent one of the properties. Anyone with a known bad credit history should address this at the start of the application process, possible exceptions can be made.
