Ticoa Cove is named for its location, tucked on a cove of Lake Ticoa.  The home features three levels with ample exterior deck space, providing a relaxing environment to entertain in.  The main level of the home holds the living room, study, kitchen, dining room and master suite.  The loft is accessed from the living room up a flight of stairs.  The loft has a queen bed and private bathroom however, it is slightly open to the living room below.  On the lower level of the home, there is a Rec Room with a large sofa and television and table, perfect for games.  The lower level has one guest bedroom and a full bathroom.  The guest bedroom has a king bed.  There is an additional Bonus Room with two twin beds (please note that this room does not have a window and is not considered a bedroom.  Walk out the lower level straight onto a lovely path leading down to the waterfront.  Bring you canoe or kayak along and launch easily from the dock!  This home does not have upgraded cable however, it does have high-speed wireless internet and a network extender for all Verizon Wireless phones (Guaranteed cell service).  Ticoa Cove, come and relax!
