The mountains of Brevard/Transylvania County have become a part of the hearts of so many of our guests. Memories created on vacations here are never forgotten and there is a sense of longing for the next great adventure on the trails or just relaxing on the porch. We know for many that the mountains will have a whole new version of the “great escape” as everyone is ready to leave their homes and get outside.

We look forward to your visit and your special attention to the rules and regulations that have been put into place by our Forest Service, Local Government, and Businesses.  We know that you love it here, so please help us protect these beautiful mountains and the people who live here.

What cleaning protocols have been put into place due to COVID-19?

We have always taken pride in the cleanliness of our homes. Our housekeepers are employees of Deer Ridge, giving us complete control of our cleaning process and products used. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have added additional Disinfecting to regular cleaning protocol as well as a minimum of a 24-hour window between all rentals to ensure that we have ample time to clean, sanitize and disinfect the home for the protection of both our employees and our guests.

Can I check in early or request a late departure?

No, at this time, we have stopped all early arrivals and late departures to allow time for our COVID-19 cleaning protocol, which requires a minimum of 24 hours between all rentals. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to this rule.

I’m concerned about traveling at this time, can I cancel my reservation?

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are currently only accepting tentative reservations.  This means that our standard timeframes for receipt of a Signed Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as the Payment Schedule, have been adjusted.  You can cancel at any time up to the signing of the Rental Agreement.

A Rental Agreement will be emailed to you approximately 4 weeks prior to your arrival via Docusign.  Once the Rental Agreement is signed, payment will be processed in full, and the reservation will become non-refundable.
