Repeat Guest Reservation Request

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we have made a few changes that will remain in place for 2021:

Tentative Reservations Only
We are currently only accepting tentative reservations for 2021. This means that our standard timeframes for receipt of a Signed Vacation Rental Agreement as well as the Payment Schedule have been adjusted to 14 days prior to your arrival. You can cancel at anytime up to the signing of the Rental Agreement.

A Rental Agreement will be emailed to you approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival via Docusign. Once the Rental Agreement is signed, payment will be processed in full and the reservation will be non-refundable.

Two Week Maximum Length of Stay
At this time we have restricted our bookings to a two week stay due to the generous cancelation policy that we have in place. If you wish to book a stay for greater than two weeks, you will need to contact Kristy Harris directly to discuss options.

Cleaning & 48 Hour Blocks
We have always taken pride in the cleanliness of our homes. Our housekeepers are employees of Deer Ridge, giving us complete control of our cleaning process and products used. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have added additional Disinfecting to regular cleaning protocol as well as a minimum of a 48 hour window between all rentals to ensure that we have ample time to clean, sanitize and disinfect the home for the protection of both our employees and our guests.
