RESERVATIONS AND RENT
Reservation confirmations require a signed Rental Agreement and 50% deposit.
The balance must be paid-in-full 28 days prior to occupancy. A personal check cannot be accepted for reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival. All reservations within the 14 day deadline must be paid for using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard), check card, cashier’s check or money order.
A security deposit is required for occupancy. The security deposit will be refunded within 45 days from the date the term ends as stated in the Rental Agreement.
